The Store is the closest, about a 4-minute, 1.1-mile drive. Trader Joe’s is about 7 minutes (3.0 miles) away, and Macey’s is about 8 minutes (3.6 miles) away.

The Grandeur at Holladay sits just off I-215, so it’s easy to get downtown, up the canyons, or to the University of Utah in minutes.

The Grandeur at Holladay offers 6- and 12-month leases, though availability may vary by apartment home.

• After your lease ends, month-to-month renewals are available for a $150 monthly fee.
• If you’d like to move to a different apartment, a $250–$500 transfer fee applies.
• Early lease termination requires 60 days’ written notice and a fee equal to two months’ rent.

Utilities are billed in addition to rent. Monthly charges include water and sewer ($27), trash ($12), pest control ($2.50), common area electric ($25), and gas. Electricity for your apartment is set up in your name with Rocky Mountain Power.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and can be paid through the resident portal. Late payments carry a fee of 10% of rent, and returned checks carry a $25 fee.

Move-in costs include a $55 application fee, a $250 administrative fee, and a $500 security deposit on approved credit.

Yes. You can either use the property’s renters liability coverage for $15 to $22 a month or provide proof of your own policy.

Parking is available in our access-controlled lot, but it isn’t included in rent. Parking runs $100 to $200 per month, depending on the space.

Yes! Additional storage is available for $65 to $150 per month, depending on the unit.

Yes. The Grandeur at Holladay offers ADA apartments, and every floor is accessible by elevator. All two-bedroom homes include one roll-in shower. Contact the leasing office to check availability of accessible homes.

The Grandeur at Holladay offers access-controlled parking, smart home keyless entry to your apartment, night patrol, and on-site management.

Our apartments are unfurnished, but we partner with CORT Furniture Rental if you’d like to rent furniture for your new home. Contact the leasing office for details.

Standard trash collection is billed at $12 per month. For extra convenience, doorstep valet trash pickup is available for $25 per month.

Packages go to our on-site parcel lockers and dedicated package overflow room, so you can pick them up securely.

You can submit maintenance requests through the resident portal, and our on-site maintenance team will take care of it.

Yes! We aim to host a resident event every month, so it’s easy to meet your neighbors.

Decorating is highly encouraged! We just ask that any balcony or door decorations stay tasteful.

Pets are welcome at The Grandeur! Each pet requires:

• a $250 pet deposit
• a one-time $35 pet fee
• $35 per month in pet rent

Pet policy violations carry a $25 fee. Certain breeds are restricted, including Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, wolf hybrids, and any mix of these.

Guests are always welcome! Every guest needs a digitally registered parking pass, which is free for residents to set up.

Smoking is only permitted at least 20 feet away from the building.

Moving out is easy when you follow these steps:

1. Submit your notice to vacate. Your lease requires 60 days’ written notice before your move-out date. Log into the resident portal, tap Contact Property, and select Notice to Vacate as the reason. Giving notice doesn’t release you from your obligations for the full lease term, but we’re always happy to talk through any questions.
2. Take care of your final balance. Your last month’s rent is due on the 1st as usual, and you can pay your final balance in the resident portal. Any remaining utility charges or fees are settled at move-out and may be applied to your security deposit. For the fastest refund, set up direct deposit in the resident portal under Payments > Wallet > Refund Accounts. Prefer a check? We’ll mail it to your forwarding address.
3. Update your forwarding address. Send us your new address in writing before move-out day so your refund and final paperwork reach you. We also recommend you file a change of address with USPS.
4. Transfer your electric service. Since electricity is in your name with Rocky Mountain Power, call them to end service on your move-out date.
5. Leave your home move-out ready. Give every space a thorough clean: kitchen appliances, bathrooms, floors, windows, balcony, and storage. Remove all belongings and trash, and take care of any damage beyond normal wear and tear. If you have pets, plan for defleaing, deodorizing, and shampooing per your pet addendum. If you’d rather not handle cleaning or painting yourself, our team can take care of it for a reasonable fee. Just reach out.
6. Return your keys, fobs, and parking permit. Return all apartment keys, mailbox keys, fobs, and parking permits on (not before) your move-out date, because unreturned items carry a replacement fee. On weekdays during office hours, drop them off at the leasing office so we can say goodbye in person! On weekends or after hours, leave your keys on the kitchen counter, snap a photo, email it to TheGrandeur@RedstoneResidential.com, and lock up on your way out.
7. Wrap up the final details. Clear out your storage unit and return any storage keys, and make sure your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are intact. Keep your HVAC at a comfortable setting until you leave to prevent pipe issues.
