Absolutely fabulous. All amenities 5 star. The pool is out of a luxury resort. Gym has heavy weights plus all the machines. Sauna and hot tub open year round. Club room is the best I've seen in either apartment building or condominium. Elegant. Wet bar and television on the beautiful deck, with great views. Neighbors are very friendly and cordial that is expected in this kind of upscale property. The best choice I could have made at this time of my life. The staff are wonderful and want to help make your home perfect in any way they can. Security is also 5 star. I have never felt so secure since I left my home in NYC.

Brand new resident here! The Grandeur is a beautiful place to call home. The building is impeccably clean and overflowing with amenities. The building is very secure and in a nice location close to many restaurants, shops, and activities. Upon move in, our AC unit went out. I was upset at first (at our last apartment, maintenance took several days to even respond to requests) but maintenance arrived to the unit within hours of me submitting a request. My AC unit was completely fixed within 1 day! I’ve never heard of or lived in a community with such prompt and quality care. We are so grateful to be settled in, and proud to call the Grandeur our home!
